New Food Truck coming your way....

One of my favorite Chef's has a new food truck hitting our Indiana streets. Chef Paul's new food truck is called Paul's kitchen food truck. Last weekend I got to attend the private soft opening and try all the amazing food Chef Paul and his team were cooking up to perfection.

Chef Paul Kitchen offers a Vietnamese dish with an American twist to it. Just know #everythangeverythang when we eating with Chef Paul .My favorite was fried Crab Balls and the garlic noodles which you can add any protein you want to it. There’s steak, shrimp, chicken, and salmon. Available is their crafted lemonades : blueberry, mango and strawberry flavors. My favorite between the three is the mango and strawberry ones.
