Butter, this year compiled of 50 artists but there's one artist that I think you should pay close attention. His name is Sonny Hordge but he's known in the art world as "Fingercreations". For years Hordge has creating art since elementary school. Spoke to his mother about how he use to get into trouble for drawing in class and now he's living his dreams out loud. "He would get pink slips for not doing his work in classes but it has all paid off because look at his talent" said Mary, Hordge's mother. What makes Fingercreations artwork so unique is he only uses his finger to create his creations. No tools, just pure talented.

Over the years, He has created art for Benny the Butcher, Bun B, India Love, TI & so many others. His mother has asked him to create a mural in her home and she asked a question that changed the game forever " Can you put it on drywall?" Now Fingercreations creates his creations on drywall instead of canvas. He is apart of the 18 collective who is a group of 18 likeminded and civically engaged black artists in the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area . His artwork can be found all over Indianapolis in Newfields (available for another month), Indianapolis Central Library, The Children's Museum, Binkley's, and The Avenue Coffeehouse.

This year his exhibition pays homage to #50yearsofhiphop anniversary. His exhibit displays Jayz, Tupac, Biggie and Nas. Fingercreations shares that they are a few of his favorite rappers.
