Entrepreneurs: Here's three small things to do to help you in the long run.

What are things you are doing to be a better entrepreneur? Answer later or answer right now, it doesn't matter. I am going to give you three small things I have done to improve in my entrepreneurial journey.

The First thing I did was going back to my most recent clients and asked them to leave a review of my business page. This is support important for two reasons; 1) you get to see what your strong suits are in business and what you can improve on through someone else's eyes and 2) It helps your potential clients see why they need your services or a product you offer.

Here's an review I received after hosting a Penthouse Brunch for Girl Gang Indy:

The Second thing I did was edit my about page on Instagram and Facebook and if you are feel extra good edit your LinkedIn. A lot of times I visit businesses Facebook pages or their Instagram accounts and can't find their daily hours of operations or what type of payment options they accept. It gets frustrating so that reminds me to update my pages as well. If there are new services you offer add them and take away services you no longer offer or don't like to offer. If you don't like to do it you probably won't do it to the best of your abilities. So protect your brand ahead of time and say just "No".

Pro tip: If you noticed that the apps have updated and added new features: Begin to play with and use them as soon as possible because they are not caught up in the algorithm and it shows that social media platform that you want to grow in the app. Think about Reels and how they started growing your reach almost instantly.

The Third and last thing I did is a gem I got from my homegirl Kyliah Baird: the owner of Bella Bee-tique (Definitely go check out her website and support my girl) She is always so quick to respond on social media and send her links out so quickly, so I asked her in our interview how she keeps up her responds was mind-blowing so make sure you watch our interview to see what she said.
