Hey #PolishedPeople,
I'm doing well. For a minute, I had the worst creative block. I think it was because I was ripping and running to the next event & the next thing I didn't really have time to be creative. "Fomo" is super real. In case, you're not familiar with Fomo it's the "fear of missing out".
Because I was having a creative block; it was making me feel bad. Making me not feel social or wanting to go out and do anything with people.
Here's three thing I did to clear my mind:
I stayed in my house and just chilled. 75% percent of my business is about going out and networking. I pick up everyone's energy whether it's good or bad. I talk to a minimum of 20 different people a day. My social battery was drained.
I spent quality time with those who truly cared about my wellbeing and want the best for me. I stopped overextending myself to help others which was wearing me thin and had me doubting myself. It's truly okay just to say no. I took myself out to experience new experiences by myself without the opinions of others. By the way, I take myself out every month to on a self-date. It's self care and a reminder that you deserve the best in the world.
I reordered my priorities. I asked myself what is more important to me and my morals. Money will always come. But your happiness and life is precious. Take care of yourself and enjoy the moments. Ask yourself questions: "why are you feeling like this " or "what triggered such emotions". The more you reflect and the more you'll be able to respond and be better at coping or communicating your feelings.
