Checked Out The Block Bistro

What's going on, It's your girl ThePolishedLady and I wanted to share with you a really cool #BlackOwned spot I checked out downtown Indy. It's called "The Block Bistro" owned by Terry and Marcus. They opened Super bowl weekend which means they have roughly been open for about three weeks. I heard about them through my good friend, Will Etters and decide to do some planning while eating at the new venue.

Immediately, when you are walking in, you are greeted and instructed to take a seat where ever you would like. They offer a small bar seating area, some low rise tables and high rise seating as well. Ladies I know how much we love to get a good high rise seated picture while we are out and about. A server brings you a menu or in my case I got Mr. Marcus as my server. They had a wide range of of options on their menu from chicken wings aka known as boomerangs, Lamb chops, Shrimp Skewers and Salad options.

I went with the Shrimp Skewers which came with rice and vegetable medley however I substituted the medley for asparagus. The presentation was nice but the flavor was the best part. That shrimp had the "Spice of Life" on it . It was a full portion of food and was very fulfilling. I urge you to support The Block Bistro and Grill at 115 W Market St Indpls,IN.
